Basic Virtual
Basic Virtual is a high-tech economical health plan that provides 24/7 on demand access to your own dedicated virtual primary care physician and care coordinator.

Virtual & Virtual Plus
These total health plans feature the benefits of the Basic Virtual plan, coupled with Worldwide emergency, surgery, and hospitalization cost protection. Experience unlimited virtual care around the clock with a personal care coordinator and a dedicated virtual doctor. This plan also provides pharmacy, lab, imaging, mental health, and wellness. Additional wellness benefits available in the Virtual Plus plan.

The Network Plus and Minimum Value Plans are designed for businesses seeking quality affordable care plans that are also Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliant
Network Plus+
Network Plus plans include all of the benefits of Direct/Direct Plus with an expanded network of doctors. This plan also provides we pharmacy, lab, imaging, mental health and wellness and emergency, surgery, and hospitalization cost protection. Network Plus+ is compliant with Part A of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Must have at least 2 employees enrolled.

Minimum Value Plan (MVP)
Minimum Value Plan (MVP) is designed for businesses with 50+ employees. Minimum Value Plans offer substantial coverage for inpatient hospitalization and physician services under which the plan’s share of the total allowed costs of benefits is at least 60%. Our MVP meets the criteria of an Affordable Care Act (ACA) Part B Minimum Value Plan.
