Basic Virtual
Basic Virtual is a high-tech economical health plan that provides 24/7 on demand access to your own dedicated virtual primary care physician and care coordinator.

- Unlimited access to a dedicated virtual primary care doctor and care coordinator
- Specialists and medical facility care coordination
- Pharmacy with generic and formulary copay

- Secure and private self-service member portal
- Worldwide care with language translation
- Online member support

Virtual & Virtual Plus
These total health plans feature the benefits of the Basic Virtual plan, coupled with Worldwide emergency, surgery, and hospitalization cost protection. Experience unlimited virtual care around the clock with a personal care coordinator and a dedicated virtual doctor. This plan also provides pharmacy, lab, imaging, mental health, and wellness. Additional wellness benefits available in the Virtual Plus plan.

- No virtual primary care copay, deductible, or coinsurance
- Unlimited access to a dedicated virtual primary care doctor and care coordinator
- Specialists and medical facility care coordination

- Member assistance and mental health

- Worldwide care with language translation
- Online member support
- Worldwide services with language translation
- Worldwide medical cost share with three Initial Unshareable Amount (IUA) options per year per household for: Emergency, Surgery/Specialists, Hospitalization, and Medical Needs

- Immunizations up to age 16
- One outside visit to a provider

Direct Plans
Direct Primary Care plans combine both in-office and virtual care through a designated primary care doctor bundled with all the benefits of a total comprehensive plan
Direct & Direct Plus
These are total health plans with unlimited virtual care around the clock with a personal care coordinator and a dedicated physical doctor. Plans also provide pharmacy, lab, imaging, mental health/ wellness, and Worldwide emergency, surgery, and hospitalization cost protection. Additional wellness benefits available in the Direct Plus+ plan.
